Smooth Life Concierge Services - Rate Sheet
Hourly Rates for Tasks and Projects
- Monday to Friday: $30 per hour (1-hour minimum). Applies to all home and lifestyle management services.
- Small Business Services: $35 per hour (1-hour minimum).
- Incremental Billing: All time is billed in 15-minute increments after the 1-hour minimum.
Errand Rates
- Drop-Off/Pick-Up Services: Flat fee of $25 within a 10-mile radius of our Eustis office. Additional mileage outside the 10-mile radius is charged at the standard mileage rate.
- Personal Shopper Services: $30 per hour with a 1-hour minimum. Additional time billed in 15-minute increments.
- Goods Purchased on Behalf of Clients: An 8% surcharge applies.
Introductory and Membership Packages
Introductory Smooth Life Concierge Experience
- Cost: $54 for 2 hours of personal concierge services (10% discount).
- Includes a free 15-minute consultation.
- One-time offer for new clients.
We Have You Covered Membership
- Yearly Membership Fee: $50.
- Cost: $210 for 8 hours of personal concierge services (includes 1 free hour).
- Hours must be pre-booked and evenly distributed throughout the month (e.g., 2 hours per week for four weeks).
- Additional hours beyond the package are billed at the regular $30 hourly rate.
Half Day/Daily Rates
- Half Day Rate: $108 for 4 hours (10% discount).
- Full Day Rate: $216 for 8 hours (10% discount).
- Additional hours are billed at the regular $30 hourly rate.
Weekend and Holiday Rates
- Saturday: $35 per hour (2-hour minimum).
- Sunday: $40 per hour (2-hour minimum).
- Holidays: $50 per hour (2-hour minimum).
- Incremental Billing: Time is billed in 15-minute increments after the 2-hour minimum.
Payment Policy
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Final Payment: Full payment is due on the day the service is completed.
- Membership Packages: Full payment is required prior to the commencement of the package.
Bookings and Cancellations Policy
- Notice Requirement: 24 hours notice is required for all bookings.
- Last-Minute Requests: We will strive to accommodate where possible.
- Cancellation Fees:
- 50% fee for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled start time.
- 100% fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.
- Cancellation fees are automatically charged to the client’s credit card.
Travel Fees
- Free Travel: Within a 10-mile radius of Rehoboth Beach
- Additional Mileage: Charged at the standard mileage rate for distances beyond the 10-mile radius.
Start/Stop Time Guidelines
- Personal Shopping: Start time begins upon departure from the office; stop time is when we leave the client’s premises.
- On-Site Tasks: Start time begins upon arrival at the client’s home; stop time is upon departure.
- Remote Tasks: Start time begins when work commences; stop time is when the task is complete.
- Incremental Billing: After the 1-hour minimum, time is billed in 15-minute increments (e.g., 15 minutes @ $30/hour = $7.50).
