This notice applies to information collected through the booking requests and contact channels on firstcoasttransit.com, operated by First Coast Transit LLC, based in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from this site.
When you submit a booking or inquiry, we collect only what you provide:
We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral analytics, or third-party advertising tags on this site. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page visits) may be retained briefly by our hosting provider in the ordinary course of operations.
Information you submit is used solely to review your request, confirm availability, coordinate your transportation, and follow up with you directly. That's it.
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or automated profiling. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third party for their own purposes.
If you have opted in to partner fulfillment on a booking request, your trip details may be shared with a vetted partner driver or service solely to fulfill that specific trip. This sharing only occurs when you have explicitly authorized it at the time of booking.
Booking records and correspondence are kept for a reasonable period to support your service, handle any follow-up, and maintain basic business records. We do not retain personal data longer than is reasonably necessary for these purposes.
If you would like your information removed from our records, contact us directly and we will honor that request promptly.
You are never required to provide more information than what is necessary to complete a booking request. Optional fields are clearly labeled. You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold, request a correction, or ask that it be deleted.
Requests are transmitted over HTTPS. We take reasonable precautions to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure — but we treat your data with the same discretion we bring to your transportation.
